Description
Oersoep is een craft beer brouwerij met een grote liefde voor droge, zure, hoppige en funky bieren. Creativiteit, ambacht en plezier zijn de kern van Oersoep. De brouwerij is volledig gefinancierd door crowdfunding. In 2023 verhuisd van het voormalige Honig-terrein naar het Waalplein, waar nu het Oersoep Brouwlab zit. Grote batches bier worden (voorlopig) elders gebrouwen.

Corked bottle. Orange amber color. Leather, soap and orange marmelade in the aroma. Totally dry, leathery flavor with hints of citrus and orange marmelade. Fizzy, bretty, but tasty.

Corked bottle. One year old, but still a great black IPA that has kept well. Reddish brown color. Roast and berries in the aroma. Firm roasty grassy hopbitter flavor with red and black berries. Hint of Tobacco.

Corked bottle. Dark brown color, no head. Confit cherry, caramel and red fruit in the aroma. No carbonation whatsoever, totally flat. Complex though. Sweetish, red fruit, citrus, caramel, vinous. Moderately sour. Oak. Very interesting.

Corked bottle. Dark amber color. Malt, dried fruit and toffee in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweet, slightly alcoholic flavor with toffee, grassy hops and dried red fruit. A massive, satisfyingly complex beer.

Bottle. Golden color with a grey haze, pours a huge head. Slight gusher. Pepper, grass and citrus in the aroma. Malty, wheaty yet dry, citric peppery flavor. Marmelade Fizzy but tasty.

Bottle. Gusher! Pale blonde, cloudy. Orange, peach, coreander and lemon in the aroma. Lemony sweetish flavor with coreander and orange peel. Hint of passion fruit. Nice.

Corked bottle. Orange blonde, hazy. Lemon, orange peels and a hint of pepper in the aroma. Moderately citric sour flavor with orange peels, white pepper and a hint of leather. Some hopbitterness. Just a hint of fruity sweetness. Well balanced.

Corked bottle. Dark brown color. Oak, red berries, caramel and a hint of cherry in the aroma. Oaky, vinous, matured flavor. Some subdued vinegarry sourness. Red berries, apple, caramel. Metal. Very low on carbon. Hints of licorice. Very complex beer.

Tap @ De Prael. Blonde, cloudy. Apricot, Galia melon and pineapple in the aroma. Lemon, pineapple, apricot amd some earthy citric hops in the flavor. Thin. Very fruity. Nice!
