Bottle split at 20 MR thanks to DCO37V, 03/10/14. Black with a good sized tan covering that retains well. Nose is roast malt, dark fruits, herbal tones, tar, bitter roast at the end. Taste comprises mellow dark fruit rinds, liqourice, dark toffee, light cocoa rub, spice. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok drinkable impy but far from top draw.

33cl Bottle at Café Brecht. Clear orange amber colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malts, grain, like a combo of a typical sweet American IPA and a lager, some hops. Flavour is sweet, caramel, grain, resin, grass, firm bitter finish. Light-bodied. Ok, but out of balance.
