Bottle 50 cl. Pours almost black with a warm tint of red and a dense beige head leaving laces. Hard roasted malts in the nose with sweet coffee. Solid body, hard roasted malt, sweet coffee, chocolate and burned caramel. Some malt bitterness. Not exactly overwhelming but well crafted. 200310

50 cL bottle as Jul i den gamle købmandsgård and as Dark Christmas, courtesy of Papsoe. Roasted malt and light fruity note. Smooth malty and light caramelish. Light herbal yeasty. Smooth and malty into the finish. Bitter, roasted and slight citric finish.
