Description

Aroma of lots of fruits, citrus, hops. Flavour is fruity and hoppy, with a welcome bitterness in the aftertaste. Not your regular IPA, more like a Belgian IPA or a bitter Saison even.

Aroma of mostly citrus and lemon. Flavour is citrussy and hoppy, with a nice bitterness in the finish. This is my kind of Witbier, well done RUIG.

Aroma of malt, fruity notes, some citrus, floral, hoppy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Typical mild English IPA. Pleasant, but it will never knock you off your feet like a generously hopped American IPA.

From tap at De Vrienden, Utrecht. Aroma of sweet malt, black pepper, spicy notes. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet, a bit nasty cloying malty sweetness. Body is medium. I kinda dig the pepper, but dislike the onedimensional malty character of the beer. Not for me.

Bottle. Golden color, hazy. Peach, grass and citrus, in the slightly herbal aroma and flavor. A firm hopbitterness, satisfyingly balanced. A very good beer!

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session. Deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is raisins, some alcohol, mild rye bready notes as well as some slight spices. Flavour is rather similar, in a nice big and bold way. Nicely toasted aftertaste with a bunch of sweetness to it.
