[ As Birkerød Forår ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt. light to moderate hoppy, resin, wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dry wood, sweet malt, resin. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140524]

Fra fad på Tap1 mai-14: først prøvde jeg deres brown ale, men det viste seg raskt at det fatet var infisert. I stedet fikk jeg deres pale ale. Den var ok, men heller ikke noe mer. For mye gress i smaken.

At Døf 2014.Copper colour with medium White head.Aroma of herbs and malt,even fruity and tosted with rather thin body and light note of caramel and hops,overall a bit boring beer.

Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average,light bitter finish. oily palate.

500ml bottle, lot #58, by the courtesy of Skinnyviking. Apricot coloured body, unclear. Beige, patchy surface, fragile lacing. Malt-fruity smell. Buttery malts, caramel and a touch of yeast to the taste buds. Mostly sweet ending. Medium bodied. Drinkable, far from great (shared at the Absalon tasting, Copenhagen 04.05.2014).

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, plastic, earthy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130525]

Odense drinking Belgian Beer in February. Hazy chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Dark malty aroma of toffee and chocolate with a fruity note. Sweet malty flavour with dried fruit, a touch of ash, a little fruity acidity and a bit too much yeast

Bottle @ Odense Tasting Feb. 2014. Pours dark brown with a reddish hew and a creamy head. Caramel, yeast, wet dog, phenols and leather. A bit thin and def. cloying.
