12 oz can. Pours a murky brown color with a huge khaki colored head. The aroma is medium in strength with caramel, chocolates and something like wet dirt. The taste is similarly earthy with something I cant readily describe, caramel, coffee and bitter walnuts. The palate is medium in viscosity and the carbonation is soft. Finishes long and semi-dry. Overall; Decent paired well with some sheeps milk gouda.

Can from Tavour. Pours a la Guinness. Very dark brown - huge dark tan head. Aroma is strong coffee. Full bodied. Flavor is very nice coffee/espresso with chocolate and dark malt. Unexpectedly dryish. Definitely bitter. Smooth/silky texture. Very nice.

Lovely straight imp stout. Very well done.
Oddly heavily hopped. Yeast and candi lacking. Booze heavy.
Tasty farmhouse. Not too wild. Well hopped.

Can. A- Cocoa, espresso, deep. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Roasty, espresso, cocoa. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Honestly tasted like a Guinness with more depth. The espresso adds complexity but not too strong in flavor. Well made.

12 oz foiled and capped bottle from the cellar. Bottled 1/18/2018. Darker apple golden pour, with very little head, slightest red tint to the appearance. Tart red fruit, tons of red wine notes throughout, dry oak, very tart plum fruit. Belgian like funk is constant. Cool taste. Palate is red wine dominated, and lingers forever. Sour remains intense. Sharp tart, sourness 8/10. Fun brew. Sure wish I had notes on this one fresh to compare. Kinda cool to know this was bottled around the same time as my last visit to the brewery. Man I need to get back down there.

Quite pale, medium head. Juicy, bitter, orange and grapefruit. Straightforward pale malts, a bit yeasty, but I really like that fresh morning hop character.
