Bottle. Loved this beer. Deep, dark brown color. Light head. Taste was a little sweet, a little smoky, nice. Aroma was caramel, also smoky.

Bottle. Really great beer. Dark amber in color with a nice head. Aroma is fruit bread and roasted grains. Taste is a wonderful complex flavor with a sweet fruit cake up front and a suprising hoppy finish.

Can at home, cellared this one for 1.5 years. Pours jet black with a surprisingly thick and long lasting, beige head. Nose is dark chocolate, cocoa powder, coffee and hops: pine and light citruses. Taste is sweet, but with a faint, delicate bitter touch, showing dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, cocoa powder and pine again. Closes with a bitter and sweet, chocolatey, citric finish, has a full, creamy body and soft carbonation. While I'm usually not a fan of the American iterations of the style this is a hell of a banger. Smooth and creamy sweet indulgance, but hopped rather heavily, so much so that it actually remind me of a black IPA. Great stuff.

Can shared at work at a blind tasting. Golden pour, white head. Nose is intense fruity, floral hops. Taste follows, showing mango and melon, pleasantly intense, moderately dry. Closes with a long lasting finish, has a light to medium body and soft to average carbonation.

Can. Unclear yellow golden body with a big, lacing, fluffy white head. Aroma has spicy saison yeast, pale malt, lemon and hint of esters. Flavor is very refreshing, fruity, quite typical spicy saison yeast, lemon, mild bitterness and some malty sweetness. Fine body and nice in aftertaste. A very nice and refreshing sasion with a twist. Will definitively by again.

Tap @ Både &, Kristiansand. Unclear orange body with a dense, lacing white head. Aroma is mild and dominated by pale malt and kind of light general fruity. Flavor has a mild, smooth malt and fruitiness, not much bitterness and somehow quite pleasant without being exiting or complex by any terms. Medium body and average aftertaste. Totally decent, and I was actually not expecting much of this but the barman convinced me to try it.
