Cask at GBBF 2018, Olympia, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, coffee, some dark fruit too. Rich tasting stout, very nice indeed.

ABV: 5.2%. Cloudy light medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, celery, fruity - tropical fruit, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, citrus, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180807]

Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 8/8/2018. Golden in colour, with a moderately-sized, white, head. Some fairly sharp citrus notes, balanced out by a touch of tangerine sweetness, biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Good.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 5 11/08/2018. An oily jet black coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is spicy green pepper, spicy coffee, vanilla. Flavour is composed of robust black malts, liquorice, coffee, light pepper.. Palate is medium full, sticky, robust coffee. Oily.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, chocolate, dark chocolate, coffee - strong coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt, roasted, coffee, strong coffee, dark roasted, dark chocolate. 9/8/2018. Cask at the Great British Beer Festival. Pours almost black with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, liquorice, roasted malts, dark fruit, ash and a hint of coconut. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, slick texture, soft to flat carbonation. Nice.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is wheat, sweaty hop, mellow tropical, peach and orange. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded malts, tropical, peach, mango.. Palate is semi sweet, grainy. Moderate carbonation.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy yellow gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and sweestish pale malts, light cream. Twangy floralness and slightly pithy bitter dry finish. Smooth and semi dry finish. Bit clunky. Would never know this is Mosaic.
