pitch black color. Massive oak, bitter chocolate and bourbon nose. Very dry. Low carbonation low bitterness ash chocolate plums slightly sour. Uber well balanced. Big boozy chocolate and bourbon finish. Awesome.

Can. Slightly hazy golden beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit and lemon aroma. Lemon and grapefruit flavor with light honey malt. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Lemon and grapefruit linger with light honey malt.

pitch black color. Sweet nose with tons of chocolate, nutty and boozy. A bit too young and the components don’t come together. But has great potential. Still good stuff. 3.7 but I can see with 2 years age this would hit 4.0
