Tap at the taproom. Pours hazy lemon color with a white head. For me the aroma is pineapple toffee. Med body. Flavor is earthy/funky pineapple. Not acidic tho. Fruity, earth bitter finish. Nice stuff.

Tap at the taproom. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of blackberry and treacle. Med body or so. Flavor starts treacle and then gets nice blackberry with some chocolate notes. A little honey on my lips. Nice.

(Brewed with corn masa) Tap at the taproom. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is partially cooked or ripe stone fruit. Flavor is bitter stone fruit and the masa flavor shows in the malt support. Pacific jade hops are very nice.

Tap at Track 7 2nd Invitational. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is pale stone fruit and citrus with some herbaceous notes. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Flavor is fruity, citrus, herbaceous, earthy. Bitter. Excellent.

Tap at Track 7 2nd Invitational. Pours "mixed" cherry colors with a white head. Aroma is "mixed" cherry. Mixed means it’s making me think of several cherry varieties at once. Med body. Flavor is cherry in a towards dry way. It’s mildly bitter. Nice change of pace, IPA wise.

Crowler from the tap room. Pours dark copper with a large, foamy beige head. Aromais rather sugary/malty. Med body. Flavor is smooth, sweetish roasty malt with mild hop notes. Not at all bitter to me, but there’s enough flavor to make me like it! And I usually do not enjoy ambers. Probably more hop here than I first appreciated. Just can’t tell what it is. Don’t hesitate to try this.

Crowler from the taproom. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is slightly sweet pale stone fruit. Near med body. Flavor is very light malt with something like peach/apricot flavors. Not exactly that, but close I think. It is clean; no papery finish. A very good blonde. Pity there aren’t more of them.

Crowler from the taproom. Pours bright gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is bready and somewhat grassy and spicy. Pils! Med body or nearly. Flavor is bready and the hop seems more spicy than grassy. It’s not super hopped, but there’s enough bitter to make this drinkable for me. Maybe even a little hop burn. Maybe.

Crowler from the tap room. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma tropical and citrus juices. To include a pineapple note. Med body or nearly. Flavor is very hoppy and fruity. Sort of dankish citrus with some pineapple and other tropical. Not entirely dry and not harshly bitter. Unless something like dank is considered bitter. This is really hoppy stuff. Good stuff.

Tap at the tap room. Pours pinkish with a pinkish head. Raspberry aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is lactic with a hint of pedio. Drinks incredibly well. Very raspberry in a light way. Good.
