Description
Established in 2015, we are a 10BBL brewery based in the Neepsend area of Sheffield. Originally based just up from the Ball Street bridge over the River Don which inspired our logo, we moved round the corner into 92 Burton Road in 2020 and share the area with a host of other makers, doers and independent businesses, as well as several other breweries.

Cask at the Wellington, Sheffield on 22nd February 2019. Pale gold with shallow white foam and full lacing. Hoppy and pungent aroma. Clean and fruity in-mouth and a satisfying finish of tropical and citrus fruits. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body.

20/2/2019. Cask at the 20th Chelmsford Winter Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear amber bronze colour with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus fruit, hops, malt and pine. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish.

20/2/2019. Cask at the 20th Chelmsford Winter Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear golden amber with a bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, hops, tropical fruit amd passion fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation.

Mini keg on the Looe Brush ... 47537 & 826 ... thanks to Rich/Craig, 03/02/19. Hazed golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric pith, melon, grass, light breads. Taste comprises tangerines, breads, lemon drizzle, airy malts, melon, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking number.

[ As Neepsend Mentha ].
ABV: 5.0%. Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, mint - mint chocolate, Mentos. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, chocolate, mentos, spicy, mint - mint chocolate. IMO: Did not fance this mint chocolate - Mentos thing ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich chocolate mints, roast malt, caramel, fruits and hops. Sweet finish.
