(33cl bottle, brewed and filled in Germany according to the German purity law, the label says; probably still in Mönchengladbach) Clear, deep golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head, leaving some lace. Moderately sweet malty aroma, slightly toasted with shy notes of herbal hops. Slightly sweet and toasted malty taste with herbal notes, light to medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation; dry-ish, malty, moderately bitter and slightly sharp finish. Not perfectly rounded, rather unspectacular brew.

Golden color. Smells. Common taste, becomes even worse considering the metallic touch.

A caramel colored beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and hints of smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, but the body is thin.

Bottle. Mild chocolate malt aroma. Reddish brown color with small head. Dark chocolate malt and moderate hops flavor. Slight watery. Extremely cool concept they had in 2003 was a beer Advent’s calendar (24 cans of beers). Better than the children’s calendars that give you a little piece of gritty chocolate. Good marketing tool but beer was just average.

Canned. Golden coloured, brief head. Sweet and mellow with notes of petrol and corn. No bitterness. Another dysmal adjunct lager.
