2022 vintage, tap at ASF 2024, in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Pours pale gold, medium transparent, with scarce foam. Aromas is moderately citrus (peel) and herbal. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-low sour, with some bitterness as well. Final has some more sourness, maybe the best part of this beer.

On tap @Mashroom (Rome). Ambrata carica, mediamente torbida, schiuma avorio media. Al naso note di malto, caramello, leggero affumicato. In bocca è abboccata, maltata, caramello, leggero affumicato. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Non male, bravi!

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours orange gold, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is Belgiany, with spices and grain, orange peel, even a little minty. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced, with medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Finally is average.

Lattina. Arco olfattivo dominato dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è opalescente. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato arrivano sentori di miele, frutta secca, agrumi e frutta passita.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, un filo velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note erbacee, di camomilla, leggero cereale, pepato. In bocca è morbida, attacco maltato con chiusura amara medio-leggera, discreta secchezza, una leggera astringenza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Da rifinire, ma ok.
