375ml compact dark green bottle with a cork wire, kindly shared by Finn. Opens with a good shot followed by smoke. Snow white head, near-clear golden body, spotty lacing. Saison like smell, with a scent of yeasty fruitiness. Flavoured with grapes, saison like fruits, and yeast. Vinous impression. Smooth fruity, mid-sweet and mid- dry end. Pleasing. Varm gylden. Litt uklar. Middels høyt skum som daler raskt. Sprudlende. Vinøs aroma. Epler. Smaken lett syrlig. Mere epler. Ekstra uklar siste kvelling. Gjennomgående vinpreg. Så vidt litt bitterhet langt uti avslutninga.

Notater fra Mi2 okt-22: etter 10 (!) fatøl er vi nå over på kveldens første flaske; lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Banan, gule druer og litt krydder (hvit pepper?). Slank, elegant og med en helt tydelig mersmak. Den utforsker et interessant grenseland mellom øl og hvitvin.

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.2%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of "spicy" saison yeast, and white grape must or white wine of "spicy" grape varieties, notes of cellar and oak. Very dry and crisp flavour, notes of brut sparkling white wine, some yeasty notes, the bitterness is very moderate.

On tap at Open Baladin Torino as Tropic Flanders. Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy nose. Sweetish fruity, yeasty, citrusy, notes of spices and touch of candy with sweetish finish.
