10 oz draft. Mall provides soft honey. Light bodied with a decent malt backbone. Nicely crisp texture on an 85° , 67% humidity day. Super clean finish.

West Coast IPA 6.8%
Matte gold with fizzy white foam. The initial waft of hops was slightly tropical but afterwards it’s fairly piney with slight caramel malt tones.
Very much classic IPA vibes.
Medium to full bodied with a pretty smooth mouthfeel. The taste is piney but sweet. It’s got a decent balance. It’s not going to blow anyone’s mind but it’s ticks the right boxes.

Med brown, kind of murky-looking. Not much head. Toasty, cocoa character, on the drier side with a surprising alcohol warmth in the finish. Not really my pocket of stout, I like them sweeter.

Pale, thin head, has that nice woody cascade nose and mellow spruce tips. Big spruce tip on the palate, lots of bitterness, big balancing pale malt. Good stuff.

Gold, bright. No head. That’s a lot of nelson on the nose. Fairly bitter for an all-nelson beer, clean pale malt. Well-blanced, lots of bright nelson.
