Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear with a white head. Very vague aroma, hardly anything there. Medium body, slightly yeasty, slightly phenollic, ends dry. No banana, no crispy cloves. Sorry, but this is nowhere near a proper Hefeweizen. 250418

Bottled 33 cl. Hazy golden with a white head. Not sure I get mucg dry-hopping at this point, but it has some straw and flowers. Medium body, malty sweetness, some sulphur with sufficient bittering hops for balance. Alright although I may have hoped for some more Lager crispiness. 060418

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Floral, biscuity nose. Medium body, pleasant biscuity malt base, has a vague underlying moldy note and a vague tartness making it unclean. But can you abstract from that you actually have a pleasant Lager. 010318

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a small, off-white head. Lovely biscuity, floral aroma. Medium body, sweet maltiness - VERY sweet - grainy and very lagerish. Hardly any bitterness. If it wasn't so overly sweet and had a little more bittering hops, this would've been an amazing Lager. 260218
