Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, funky, wood, leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, funky, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, brett - leather. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
