On tap at El Segundo, pours a deep dark red-tinged brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings lots of vanilla extract, with a light toasted malt backbone. Flavour is loaded with intense vanilla, moderate roast and a touch of bitterness. Lots of roasty, vanilla-y character. Pleasant.

On tap at El Segundo, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, a little grass, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and piney, with lots of piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and graininess. Crisp and piney finish. Very good.

Medium hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Big juicy nose of pineapples, lime and citrus notes. Medium body, very juicy, not super dank, modestly tart. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Can (3/12/21) from Candia Road Convenience. It's a mostly clear (fine particulate mist) gold with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong lemon citrus, pine and milder nondescript fruit. Taste is more pine dominant than the aroma with cracker/pilsner malts. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and absolutely arid finish with lingering yeast and bitterness. Overall, aroma suggested this might fall on the juicy side but the flavor is West Coast IPA all the way. The malt presence and profile are spot on with the description. Definitely crushable. OK for me.

Can from The Watering Hole in Murphys. Hazy yellow with large white head. Overy juicy, citrus aroma that leads into the flavor. Flavor includes more malt support than the aroma.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours slightly dirty, hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is juicy, tropical, earthy. Med plus body. Juicy, but not too sweet. Flavor is very, very floral with tropicals which likely include citrus, mango, and either/or pineapple/passion fruit. Earthy in the finish. Lots and lots of flavor. Caramel support is not at all obnoxious. Bitter enough to please. Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber / mahogany with a small beige head. Nose is heavy, with lots of bourbon barrels, wood, resinous hops, and toasted caramel malt. Flavour is very woody, with gentle bourbon but plenty of wood from the barrels, gentle resinous hops, and toasted caramel malt. Woody and resinous, with plenty of barrel character. Not too boozy, not too sweet, but it certainly has a nice warming effect. Boozy and hot, but it's definitely well-made. Overall, excellent.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours darkish copper/amber with a large foamy beige/tan head. Aroma of somewhat roasty malt and citrus. Med body or so. Flavor is not so malty as SN Pale Ale, but it's in that direction. Still, it's reasonably dry and nicely bitter. There are pineapple (or passion fruit) notes. Or both. Yet it isn't all that tropical. Good drink tho.
