Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is fruity and earthy. Med body. Lots of carbonation. Flavor is oddly floral/fruity/earthy. It’s not quite dry, but it’s nicely bitter. New flavors for me.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma of hop - and more than I’d expected. Med body. Flavor is hoppy - say citrus in the lead. There’s a soft malt backbone. But I thought the hop would be background for the style. Per words on the bottle it’s a hopped up keller. Ok by me, but standard keller would work too. Nice enough ale. Not entirely dry, but hoppy/bitter. Which always works for me.

650ml bottle at Brian’s office. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is a little bit dirty, piney. Same taste. Very bitter. Not bad.

650mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is very hop oily, with plenty of perfume, resinous hop oils, and some phenols. Flavour is loaded with perfume, hop oils, and alcohol - very oily, perfumey and harsh. Cloying and alcoholic. Not too impressed.

Hazy, amber. has a stewed fruit hop nose...usually that’s a touch of diacetyl. Bitter, with a bit of heavy pale malts. The hops aren’t bad, maybe a bit stewed and over fruity. There are brighter and tastier El Segundo pales.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is confusingly dank. Med ++ body. Flavor is hoppy dank, but there seems to be a wide variety of hop. Think I can get citrus, earth, and mixed fruits. Slightly roasty malt is detectable, but not bothersome. This is really, really hoppy/bitter. Delicious.

Draught, Loyal Legion. A little dull, dank nose with a bit of papaya. Lots of flavour, grapefruit and papaya. Really nice.

Draught @ Loyal Legion. Touch of haze, amber, thick bubbly head. Aroma has berries, light florals. Great, bright hop character. Soft bitterness, has a nice melon & grapefruit & stone fruit hop taste. Balanced malts. Good.
