Tap at Cap Tap. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is pine/fruit/earth. Med + body. Flavor is earthy/fruity. Fairly dry. Decently bitter. A sort of creamy flavor popped up after a short pause. Mild burn - might be heat. It’s going tropical now. Still earthy tho. It’s just another DIPA, but it’s a bit different from many, and it’s fun to try to parse the flavors.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours bright gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of light/pale malt - but the stronger aromas are fruits - white berry and maybe passionfruit. Med + body. Pretty dry. Very hoppy and bitter. Mostly fruit - definitely passionfruit and then white berry. Some crackery malt in the finish. Which is interesting, because light malt doesn't usually stand out for me. I'd say there's a bit of astringency. Gotta get some gooseberries to see what they taste like.

22 oz bottle poured. I love it when breweries do full lineups of these single hopped beers. Bummed I have only tried this one, but its probably the one I would have picked if I had to choose only one anyway. A bright golden orange pour with plenty of rocky foam head that lasts. Just a fantastic aroma to this. More or less, the room captured the juicy melon, apricot like fruit aroma. Quite fragrant. Juicy flavor, with melon peach and apricot reminding hop characters. Pineapple too. It's got all those notes to it, but really doesn't seem super fruity looking back. Gentle, but remains very flavorful I guess. Cool and clean finish, with a mild grain, and long lingering juicy fruit. Clearly the base beer is solid, but I feel like this is quite the showcase for these hops being something else. Very good IPA.

Bomber from Craft Beer Kings. Pours bright gold with a slight white head. Aroma is very mixed fruits - citrus and tropical. Med body or better. Flavor is hop intensive - mild burn. The flavors tend to move back and forth - citrus/resin then tropical fruit. Maybe some grapefruit too. Malt hardly noticeable - but great in support. Nice stuff.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours light gold with a creamy/bubbly white head. Aroma seems earthy dank. Med ++ body. Flavor is dank enough, but it also seems a bit juicy. Tho fruity, other than the dankish citrus, isn't in it. Dryish. Very bitter. Earthy dank. Mild hop burn! Good stuff.
