Tap at Cap Tap. Pours darkish brassy gold with a white head. Aroma of sweet, mixed stone fruits. Pale malt maybe. It’s really thick and slick in body. It’s quite far from dry. Making me think of canned peaches and apricots, or maybe better to call jam. There’s clearly a lot of hop, but the thickness and the, dare I say, syrupiness, may well be cutting back the bitter. Tho there’s lots of bitter to spare. Not being bothered by heat. Except this stuff is causing me to sneeze. Great ale. I could have thought this was a hoppy barley wine. Bad it is!

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma of mixed fruit, light malt, and a touch of herb/veg. Med body. Flavor is fruity with something a bit towards not exactly veg, but hauntingly familiar. Pretty dry. Pleasingly bitter. Not Anchor Steam, but arguably a relation. Good, interesting brew.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma strikes me as fresh juicy citrus. Med body or better. Juicy, yes. Citrus, yes. But I think there’s pale stone fruit too. Mild malt support. Juicy undry, which is ok, and very nicely bitter. No burn, but bitter. Very enjoyable.

Cap at Cap Tap.Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is lightly fruity/hoppy, but guava? Med body or so. It’s just slightly dankish, just slightly juiceish, and I think I’m getting guava. Pretty heavy and tasty. Towards dry. Bitter enough, but not harsh. Guava seems to step up with time. Dang nice.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma of citrus, even grapefruit. Med minus body. Flavor is all citrus, for me grapefruit and arguably orange. Pretty dry. Lightly bitter. Refreshing. Excellent session ale.

Dullish gold colour. Not much head. On the nose, it's got a little bit of citrus, alcohol, and a fair bit of pale malt. This is pretty strong on the palate, with of alcohol, and a lot of bitterness. The hops aren't as bright as some of the other ones I've had from this brewery. Decent, though probably too boozy for my taste.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out booze, piney hops, stone fruits, and light perfume. Flavour is pretty tame for 12.3%, with some booze, stone fruits, some resinous hops, lots of residual caramel sweetness, and perfume. Busy, somewhat messy, but cohesive enough for a TIPA. It's alright.
