Deep amber with a foamy to frothy head. Mild citrus aroma with lots of caramel and herbs. A bit of green tea. Taste is straightforward herbal bitter on a sweet, malty base. Medium body, moderate carbonation. It goes down well enough but is not the most exciting.

Golden Amber, spicy citrus pine caramel nose. Sharp early bite on the tongue almost like citrusy mint, but it fades into a nice piney flavor and the bitterness doesn't linger too long. Tastes less West coast than the hop bill would let on.

Dark brown with a light beige head. Aroma is full of toffee and dark chocolate. There’s a hint of fruitiness that’s vaguely pineapple like. Açaí supposedly. Taste has an impressive range, especially for a beer of this ABV. Toffee and bitter coffee combine with blueberries still a touch to the tart side. The overall effect is bittersweet with a light underlying tartness. Finishes with all that and a dose of cigarette ash. Body is medium to full and quite oily. Fun drinking.
