Description

Bottle shared at tasting. Clear pale golden color, no head. Aroma and flavor are quite pleasant: moderately apple, light pear, light grapes, medium dry. Very well done imo.

One of the few beers from this Dutch cidery, it's really good! Darker and richer than expected, very pleasant taste. There are tons of saisons available from Dutch microbreweries. And I'm a fanboy 😁

Bottle. Color: Clear pale golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Funky, some tartness, fruity white grape and apple. Taste: Mix of farmyard funk, some leather, wood, tannins, fruity white grape, some apple and hints of pear. Dry-ish mouthfeel and a bone-dry finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Brut. Moderate sweet and light tart, fruity bitter hints. Nice complexity. Very nice cider.

0.375 l bottle from ''t Biermenneke', 2021 vintage. Slightly hazy, orange with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity aroma of red apple, plum and some red grapes. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite dry, fairly fruity and a bit vinous taste of plum, red apple, red grapes and light wood, followed by a short, slightly tart, rather woody-dry finish. Thin body, a little astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty plum cider, highly refreshing but even quite complex for what it is.
