Description
Just sit back and relax, beer is on it’s way!
Brouwen is ons vak, mensen samenbrengen onze passie. Of dit nu gebeurt via events, live brouwdagen of workshops, we want you to be a part of it!

Can picked up from Craftbeershop webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Saturday 30th May 2026 sat in the porch after a couple of hours of mowing the lawns we then had two terrific thunderstorms. We had Saffron and Lemon Chicken with Flatbread for tea. Listening to the album Geese - Getting Killed..Pours dark gold, mostly clear with a large white head. The nose is mostly piney but a little grape and citrus are also present. Similar in the mouth but citrus comes to the fore and mostly grapefruit. Pleasant but not too pushy hoppiness, decent without quite wowing me. Score:7.1

Can picked up from Craftbeershop webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Friday 29th May 2026 on the balcony. We bought our E-Mtbs today, whoop whoop 🥳. We have made Harissa Lamb Meatballs with Broad Beans and Garlic Yoghurt for tea tonight. Pours yellow with a mid/large white head, light haziness. I think that this is my first beer from these guys, it's a solid and good IPA, though at 8% I would argue more DIPA than TIPA as it claims. Nice softness, good carbonation, there's a bitterness that builds, it's a bit juicy and tropical but for me I do feel that there is a little Belgian thumbprint here, not necessarily yeast but there's something that if I didn't know it was Belgian I would say 'yeah, there's a little Belgian twist here'. Bitterness and a dry furry finish. Score: 7.4

Draught Very good, dense white head over fully hazy lemonjuice-coloured beer. Very spicy - aromatic nose, bit soapy, nettles, potpourri. Sweet - and yet dry, spicy finish. Slightly oppressive spice aroma, tempted to say coriander, but I can't tell it is. Maybe some strands of resin, citruspeel. Light body if very slick, almost sticky. Good carbonation. All in all, it's not my favourite Mortselarij. The spicy flavours increase in time and temperature, getting really oppressive.

Shortlived small head over muddy brown beer. Roast, sweet alcohol, rather delicate for a whisky barrel aged. Sweet-ish, lots of chocolate and indeed the faint whisky trace. There's even a whiff of the sherry and orange, lending an idea of whisky sour. More delicate than most Shout Stout Barrel Series. Full bodied with some alcoholthinning, faint alcoholburn. Chewy, viscous, soft carbonation. Very good version, Frédéric!

Surprisingly drinkable for a Triple IPA, but at the same time not that outspoken.
