Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o ladnej sporej i kremowej piance. Kolor miedziano brazowy, w smaku karmel, chmiel oraz slod. Tresciwosc srednia, zapach srednio intensywny, elegancka butelka. W smaku pozostawia wrazenie toffi na jezyku. Mile w degustacji.

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Trübe orangegoldene Farbe, fingerbreite leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifem Obst, sehr malzig, wenig hopfig. Geschmack bitter hopifg, dann kommen die reifen Früchte, bzw Obst, leicht alkoholisch, für das Alter noch gut trinkbar!

Old bottle, best before 03.2012. Dark cloudy and yellow in the glass. The beer starts smooth and malty. Quite bitter-sweetish. Easy to drink with a round but sweetish body. Not too bitter, a bit more in the aftertaste which harmonises nice with the sweetish-malty ground-taste. Hints of Heller-Bock aroma, fresh, bitter, round but a bit too sweet.

bottle at home bought in Stuttgart. amber / redish clear color, small white head. light smoky smell, light grainy, light bacon, light lactic, light malty sweetness, smell pretty good. light to medium body, slick mouthfeel, soft carbonation, very quickly a very sharp taste of ash appears, some burned grain, light malty roasty taste, finishes roasted bitter. smells good but taste is unpleasant / very unbalanced.

Bottle at home. Nr 4523/5000. Looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Intense cherry aroma. Starts quite strong, alcoholic, sherry notes. Dry hoppy background, quite bitter. Finish yeasty-malty, still strong-alcoholic. Nice one!

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, nice head. Starts intense malty, fine spicy, more and more dry. Light metallically background. Finish more balanced, malty-spicy, still dry. Not bad!

Smooth and fresh. Intense floral on a smooth malty body. Nice amber smooth malt. Not too sweet, nice soft with a velvet-like touch. The mainpart is floral-malty, moderate sweet with nice floral hops. Moderate bitter, but the the floralness of the hops is strange. You can taste the ice-like Polaris, and its menthol-ice flavour doesn’t really fit in the picture. The aftertaste is long, soft-smooth with the great smooth and not too sweet malty body, the fresh-floral hops are nice dominating the picture, but the Polaris-hops are too much in the foreground with their ice-candy like menthol-aroma. Strange but interesting.
