In my opinion, it is not the best one that you could drink. For a pils, there is a side really sour, few hop, something sharp, tasting it at Prélaz.

I bought this beer in Geneva, at the American market, Pâquis area. It is not a bad beer, corn, malt, sweet. There is a side metalic with the alcohol, 07.10.2016, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di ottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is sweetish malt with notes of ripe fruits, sugar, caramel, dried fruit. Flavour is faily sweet and light bitter. Above medium body, bit of a sturdy brew. Nothing too memorable but decent.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has noes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and cardboard, leading to a dry finish.

Fles online gekocht, geprobeerd met Roelzie1986. Het is een troebel roestbruin bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat zurige geur. De smaak is moutig, caramel achtig en wat wrang.

Brilliant medium amber, good frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma roasted sweet malt, caramel, alcohol, candy sugar (kandij). Taste light heavy sweet and slighly bitter, malty, caramel, sugar, alcohol notes, lingering roasted malty sweet-and-a-bit-bitter aftertaste. Overall a tad too sweet but all in all a nice doppelbock.

Bière 33 cl obtenue dans un calendrier de l'avent je pense. Robe ambrée trouble. Nez sur la banane, très sucré. En bouche , corps et carbonatation moyens, houblon, céréales, banane, caramel, une bière sucrée, pas désagréable sans être exceptionnelle.

35cl Bottle. Slightly hazy amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, raisins, not unlike Salvator. Flavour is sweet, malty, caramel, raisins, light bitterness, hint of alcohol. Medium bodied at best. A little bland, but decent.
