Tap at the Fixed Wheel Tap Room. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is dry yeast, oaky vinous, light fruit, dry hop. The flavour is dry acidic citrus with a crisp, fresh dry vinous oaky, light alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not too bad at all and much of the characteristics of the wine were transferred to the beer.

Tap at the Fixed Wheel Tap Room. Poured a hazy burgundy colour with a bubbly off white head. The aroma is yeast, cherry fruit. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a fresh, crisp, tart cherry fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Fresh M.D. tasty but a little one dimensional and needs more of a kick in the palate.
