Sample or two at the 2009 Parkville Microbrew Fest. Pour is clear copper with a smallish, thin white head. Aroma of toasty malt, and mild sugar sweetness. There is also a dustiness to it that is hard to explain. Taste is almost all about the toasted malt graininess, with only an edge of the sweetness near the back. Palate is thin, and decent carbonation. A bit one dimensional, but really super drinkable.

Pour is a dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma is roasted malts with some sugary sweetness. Flavor is a strong roasted malt and a hint of chcolate. The only thing that was missing was some dark fruit aspect that i love in most dopples. Still this was decent just not spot on the style.

Pour is a dark brown with a white head. Aroma is caramel malts and not much else. The flavor is a whole lot better. Lots of caramel malts greets you and then comes a nice overall roasted quality that stays with you after the swallow. A very ββroastedββ marzen for sure.

Pour is a dark yellow with a large white head. Aroma is typical pils malt with some grassy hops. Flavor is litghter on the malts than the skyscraper but there is deffinatly a nice biscuit quality to this one. A decent and easy drinking pils and something you can session easy.

Pour is a amber with a large white head. Aroma is caramel malts and some dark fruit. Flavor is a bit heavy and grainy with some of the caramel malts from the aroma carrying over. A pretty good examole of the style.

Pour is a bright golden with a very bready and rich aroma. Flavor is outstanding for a pils. Lots of bready malts and spicy hops with a clean finish. This was my first beer from tin mill and it is quite a dandy.

12 oz. bottle purchased at the brewery. Pour is hazy orange - yellow with a bunch of carbonation bubbles. Aroma of candy sugar, wheat bread and some yeast. Taste has more of the sweetness, though its more bubble gum tasting now. Decent wheat body. Some earthy spice, though pretty muted. Overall, very drinkable hefe.

12 oz. bottle purchased at the Brewery. Pour is clear straw yellow with a few carbonation bubbles and a two inch white head. Aroma of nice earthiness, Saaz hops and some peppery spice. Taste has the earthiness, spice, some faint sweetness and the hops carrying the middle to finish. Really nice mouth feel, big full flavor. Very clean and crisp finish. Certainly the tastiest Pils I have tasted. Nicely done, and good to have another quality MO brewer.
