Pour is a bright golden with a very bready and rich aroma. Flavor is outstanding for a pils. Lots of bready malts and spicy hops with a clean finish. This was my first beer from tin mill and it is quite a dandy.

12 oz. bottle purchased at the brewery. Pour is cola brown with some nice settling and a one inch off white head. Aroma of sweetness and nuts. Taste is a really nice caramel sweet nuttiness Light bodied, and crazy drinkable. Faint smokiness in the taste as well. Nice beer.

12 oz. bottle purchased at the brewery. Pour is hazy orange - yellow with a bunch of carbonation bubbles. Aroma of candy sugar, wheat bread and some yeast. Taste has more of the sweetness, though its more bubble gum tasting now. Decent wheat body. Some earthy spice, though pretty muted. Overall, very drinkable hefe.

12 oz. bottle purchased at the Brewery. Pour is clear straw yellow with a few carbonation bubbles and a two inch white head. Aroma of nice earthiness, Saaz hops and some peppery spice. Taste has the earthiness, spice, some faint sweetness and the hops carrying the middle to finish. Really nice mouth feel, big full flavor. Very clean and crisp finish. Certainly the tastiest Pils I have tasted. Nicely done, and good to have another quality MO brewer.

16oz draft at the Brewery on 10/15. Pour is a brown - reddish with a smallish off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, though the cool temp masked most of that. Taste is really nice, caramel, slight touch of roastiness and finishes with a really pleasant spiciness. Almost a dash of black pepper, which really serves to enhance the experience. Entire taste is really smooth and drinkable. Only knock on this one was that it was served way too cold in a plastic cup - understandable since Oktoberfest in Hermann is a crush of people. If you want glass, order a liter!
