Cask at the Harp, London on 13th July 2012. Copper with thin off-white head and initial lacing. Sweetish fruity and malty aroma. Very malty in mouth with discreet grassiness and citric notes. Tangy citric finish. Light body and a smooth to light mouthfeel.

Cask. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, as well as a touch of butterscotch. This was presented as a traditional IPA - which is plainly wrong, some bartenders should study their beerstyles and beer history a lot more.

bottle from Lyme Regis Wines. Golden colour, large off-white head. Hoppy aroma. Solid malty base, fruity hops that add a touch of citrus fruit. Smooth palate. Very nice.

bottle, bought at the brewery. The beer is made for HIX restaurants in Lyme Regis. Brown colour, mid-sized beige head. Very full-bodied. Quite spicy, reminding me of a Christmas pudding. Would be a warming winter ale, also great in summer.

Cask@Lamb And Flag, Oxford. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is wood, fruits, some floral notes as well as mild spicyness. Flavour is caramel malts, some earth, mild fruity and floral hops.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, toffee - butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, toffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110319]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear golden beer, a small white head sits on top. The aroma is citrusy, with some malts. Rather one-tracked, just like the flavor, which also is dominated by citrus. Medium body with a pleasant level of carbonation. A drinkable beer indeed, sort of refreshing, but it’s so one dimensional it’s boring. 110319
