Poured a slightly cloudy gold from bottle. Mostly lemons and hints of spice and smoke. Pretty good.

Can from Binny's. No date on the bottom of the can. Tastes old. Earthy, suppose it leans into that sea touched malt. Subtle, delicate mouthfeel. Unfortunately the aroma has gone a little stale, off, bringing the whole thing down.

Hazy straw color under transitory, fizzy head. Gushed a little bit when I popped the can. Nose offers a bit of thick fruit, and an edge of chili spice. Habanero is the first thing I taste, but equaled out by a fruity, almost citrusy part. Mango comes in with more of a lime taste. I go for the chili burn, but I also like some balance.

16oz can. Slightly hazy tan body. Big, steady, soapy, white head. Really nice country lager type creature. Neutral, balanced. Not a ton of hop character. Drinkable, clean, well made, but a little boring.

16oz can from the brewery. Drinks pretty light on the palate for a Baltic Porter...closer to a strong Tmave. Awesome malt tone, reminiscent of a good UK Porter too. World Porter? Either way this is a really enjoyable beer. Delicious and well executed.

Bottle from the brewery. Tan-brown body, murky, unfiltered. Not much of a head. Funky, depthful sour yeast character. Brett forward, but a lot more than that going on. Not unlike a Gueze at times, without the lively carbonation or big wheat tone. Perhaps not a perfect beer, but a fun one to sip on. --- Beer merged from original tick of (collab with) Allagash / Jackie O's / Jester King / Central State / Side Project Keeping Together Miscellanea Vol. 4 on 12 Aug 2023 at 01:47 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5. Original review text: Pretty deep sour depth. Mellow tea, cherry, lemon notes, real Belgian style depth. Really good.

Sort of a fecal Belgian barn yard aroma. Delightfully mellow Belgian Golden ale. A little too big to be a Singel. Serious yeast depth. Farmhouse type stuff. Really soft on the palate and enjoyable to.drink. Not perfect, but a really solid beer.

Tap at Off Color. Big, sour, slow sipper. Huge Brett tone, about as big as it gets there.. into the overboard realm,.but not unlike de dolle reserva. Really deep berry tone, but can't help but wonder what it would be like without the blackberry juice. Super intense and biting..deep sour cherry tones.

Tap at Off Color. Kind of an odd creature. The pear is sort of muted and vegetal. The peppers can't give the depth of a hop balance.with a subtle sort of underdeveloped malt and yeast tone. Still a lot going on, and awkward as it is still shows some finesse. OK.

Golden colour and small white head. Lime juice and tartness in the nose. Light-bodied. Lime, salt, pale malts in the flavour. Mellow Gose.
