Pours dark, caramelly brown. Médium sized, rather unstable, slightly tanned head. Smell is malty, tad sweet, mild caramel. Not very intense. Taste is mildly smoked, not as sweet as expected, only mild caramel. Rather high Carbo. Not my thing.

J'ai été plutôt agréablement surpris par cette Stakanov qui est globalement agréable et relativement bien équilibrée. En bouche, cela maque tout de même de cops, et sur l'es arômes, rien d'exceptionnel en soi, amis le Centennial est bien respecté. En verre, blond doré orangé partiellement voilé et surmonté d'une très fine mousse blanche (1 mm). Les nez est agréable : agrumes, fruits exotiques et miel. L'attaque est acidulée, herbacée avec de légers arômes d'agrumes et d'épices. La deuxième est linéaire avec des fruits exotiques. L’arrière est quant à elle linéaire et manque d’ampleur. Le final, relativement sec et au maximum d'amertume (celle-ci restant contenue tout de même), manque de longueur mais également quelque peu de caractère sur des arômes herbacés et de pamplemousse. L'ensemble est relativement peu sucré et l'alcool à 4,5 % est très respectable pour un équilibre bien pensé. Une bière d'été, sans plus de prétention, qui se boit en terrasse par un après-midi ensoleiilé.

Bottled. Almost clear pale golden, mid sized head. Aroma of mango and citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some papaya and mango. Low bitterness. Ok.

Bottled, from Carrefour, Chatillôn-en-Michaille, France. Hazy golden, rich creamy head. Rich aroma of orange and mango. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Orange and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish. Well made American style pale ale.

Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. La carbonazione è praticamente piatta. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si depositano caratteristiche di miele, luppolo, resina, frutta secca e pompelmo rosa. Variazioni plus, lattina bevuta il 16/01/2026 alle ore 19:30. Il naso vira verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si percepiscono sentori di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e mora.
