Bottle at home. Semi-hazy orange with a thin off-white head. Notes of lemon and orange zest, caramel, some pine resin. Medium body, low carbonation and a hop bitter finish.

Smell of roasted malt, coffee. Very dark brown colour, very high dark brown head. Aroma of coffee, hops, roasted malt, some tar in finish. Surprisingly watery. Very flat carbon, light body. Very bitter. Ashy dry palate.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 24/11/20, 20160710)The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, cocoa and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts and bitterness. A quite burnt imperial stout and the chocolate was too hidden.

Smell of coffee, licorice. Black colour, creamy dark brown head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, roasted malt. Bitter, lightly sweet. Plentiful and very soft carbon. Smooth, slightly foamy texture.
