Al naso l'aroma rimanda all'orzo. La finezza olfattiva. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, arancia amara ed erbe aromatiche.

Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è normale. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è ambrato scarico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato (1 assente 2 leggero 3 percettibile e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano caratteristiche di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, agrumi, bergamotto e camomilla.

Old rating from 26-09-16 - On tap at De Cervesia bar in Lucca. It's a sessionable beer. Pours a orange cloudy colour with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, toffee & berries. Tastes of citrus, grapefruit, toffee, berries & pine. Aftertaste has a decent bitterness flavoured with fruits.

Old rating from 15-07-16 - A 330ml bottle from Kris Wines in North London. Pours a reddish hazy colour with a white head which leaves lacing. Aromas of a rich hoppy tropical fruits & sweet malts. Tastes of citrus, toffee, grapefruit, peach, oranges, pine & hints of caramel leading to a long medium bitter finish. Overall a very enjoyable ale.

Trying this nectar two days ago, at home, Epalinges, probably coming from Amstein. A bit similar with the ex voisine of the trois dames, dry hop, mineral, dry malt, perfect bitterness, citrus, small aroma.of passion fruit, floral, on the way of a white ipa. 30.09.2022

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una tenuta effimera. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata . La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta sentori di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, spezie e pompelmo.

Hoppy aroma of caramel malts, citrus, some tropical fruits. Flavour is fruity, some caramel, with a nice bitter finish. A light and very sessionable APA.

Hoppy aroma of caramel and rich fruits. Flavour is caramel malty and fruity with a medium bitter finish. Simply a very decent IPA.
