Al naso l'aroma rimanda alla fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fini. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce sentore di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, zucca ed erbe.

On tap at beerstrotheque elav at Orio del Serio airport (Bergamo). Pours completely black with a small white head. Aroma is coffee, black malts, chocolate, light earthy hop notes. Medium body. Flavour is malty, light sweetness, lots of dark malts with especially strong cacao and coffee notes. Light fruity notes but mostly herbal hoppiness. Quite bitter. Finish is bittersweet and hoppy. Lovely stuff.

Enjoying this at Orio al Serio airport (Bergamo), which seems to be the only place to drink this! Clear golden to light amber colour, small white head, looks like a classic west coast IIPA. Aroma is fruity hops, lots of grapefruit, some mango, pineapple, sweet malt, some caramel. Some sweet bubblegum-like aroma that I can't really place but is not unpleasant. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty, unexpectedly not very sweet, just light pleasant sweetness. Medium bitterness. Fruity, with grapefruit, light mango, pineapple, hoppy with quite a lot of pine. Dry finish. Really tasty, much better than the regular version.

Bottle at BBT 7/2022. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Quite high bitterness, combination of hops and dark malts in it. The dark malts themselves contribute only light chocolate to flavour, not more. Light sweetness. Kinda a bit of orange-chocolate candy presence. And besides that moderately citrusy in general. Pretty easy drinking despite being rather broad and deep in flavour. Quite good.

BBT 07/2022. Dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of dark malt, orange zest. Taste dark malt with orange peel, coriander, pepper, moderate hoppy bitterness. Very good.

Bottle at BBT 07/2022. Malty aroma and taste, roastyness, orange zest, spicy notes, medium to high bitter. Medium body, malty roasty spicy bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle at BBT 7/2022. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Feels watery, but in a good way, very easy drinking and refreshing. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness. Malt completely in the background. Med-high lemony, flowery, grassy hops character. Rather simple, straight-forward, but well made. Quite good.
