On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - hazy golden orange. Nice lacing. Nose - funky, lanolin, candied lemon Taste - lomg tang of lemon zest and funk. Palate - close to medium bodied and tangy. Great length. Overall - good. In retrospect could possibly have loaded it as a sour or wild ale.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. My 2000th Scottish Beer. Appearance - honey and syrup. Candied lemon. Nose - big honey note, combined with dry and very tangy saison yeast which manifests itself as lemon and funky spice. Taste - lashings of honey and saison spice again. Palate - light to medium bodied. Really compact lean body. Long finish. Overall - good.
