A one-off brew in honour of the Taylor Swift concerts in Edinburgh. A minimal tasting amount, as it was already the end of the batch. Pure raspberry jam, tart raspberry and some seed-like bitterness. Nice.

Keg from The Hanging Bat on 3rd August 2024. Amber body with a slightly hazy body. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of nuts, caramel and brown bread. Flavour of grain and caramel. Medium bodied with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A very authentic Marzen. Loved this.
