Light herbal nose. Clear medium golden colour, small frothy fast disappearing white head, light lacing. Aroma wheat, coriander, light lemon, ginger. Taste medium sweet and bitter, wee bit acidity, coriander, orange peel, lemon grass, ginger (also retronasal), light pepper. Sweetbitter aftertaste, bit boozy, peppery mouthfeel. Donkergeel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is licht zoet en kruidig met iets van gember, sinaasappel en een licht peper smaak. Apart bier maar niet echt mijn ding.

Lichtbruin bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is zoet en redelijk krachtig met iets van zoet fruit en ietwat ananas. Niet echt een IPA maar desondanks best goed.

Bottle @ TapZuid bierfestival 1 July 2017. Brewed @ Inbier. Cloudy golden color. Dense off white head. Aroma’s: fruity, herbal, light sweet. Retronasal it’s fruity, herbal, a bit perfumey (from the berries?). Flavor is sweetish, fruity, a bit strange. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, with a bit of a typical bitterness.

Lichtbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig, licht zoet en kruidig met iets van stroop, bramen en bosbessen. Aparte smaak maar best goed.
