Draught. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is malty, hoppy and yeasty with hints of fruitishness. Fruity, yeasty, hoppy and malty flavour. Long fruitish yeasty aftertaste. Unfiltered lager was a nice surprise, and works quite well. Leaving it unfiltered gives it the fruity touch.

Draught@brewpub. Bright yellow hazy color, white head. Leather, yeast, mild woody hops in the aroma. Medium-bodied, a bit yeasty, moderately hoppy. Unfiltering gives more "earthy" character than is in their normal version.

Draught. Pitchblack colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma and flavour of whisky barrel, with hints of chocolate, roasted malts and licorace. OK brew, as most Beer Hunters are.

Draught. Pitch black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is burnt malts, alcohol and sweet fruits. Flavour is roasted malts, licorace and coffee. Dry roasted aftertaste. Wellbalanced. I would go for dry stout as style...

Draught@HBF2006
Beer Hunter’s brew master’s first (and last?) experiment with barrel-aged baltic porter. Same oak barrels than with the first Finnish single-malt whisky Old Buck (by Beer Hunter’s) were used.
Opaque black, decent coffee head. Whisky, chocolate notes in the aroma, which is also sticky and glue like. Full-bodied, a bit harsh. Chocolaty with roasted malts. Very strong barrel flavor (wood). Interesting but unbalanced and not in the best condition.

Draught@HBF2006
Opaque black, small coffee head. Light coffee aroma with some licorice and sweetness. Roasted, a bit sticky. Nicely drinkable. Not very hoppy, more sweet with touch of mocha in the finish. Bock/dobbelbock which is more like sweet/dry stout. My favourite new Finnish beer in HBF2006.

Draught. Hazy orange colour, small white foamish head. Yeast, fruit and malts in aroma. Flavour is malty, fruity and yeasty. Pleasant flavour and palate in any way. Long aftertaste of fruits and hops. Some weak vegetablyness all the way through, but that doesn’t ruin the beer in this case.

Draught @Beer Hunters
Hazy orange, small white head. A sour, yeasty, slightly hoppy nose. Malty, a bit sweet in the middle. Very nice hoppy aftertaste. Unfiltering does the job. Propably the first beer made from domestic Finnish hops which I sampled and certainly one of the first commercially available. Good beer!

Draught. Ruby/amber colour , not much head. Weak berries and malt in flavour, with also some hints of yeast. Flavour is malty, a bit salty and with crisp hops in finish. Clean one. Not bad at all.
