Pours a clear straw from a can with lots and lots of floaties. Pome fruit aroma and flavor, bit of a grassy/herbal note as well. Pretty good. beer.

Aroma of herbal hop, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of tropical fruit, dank hops and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tangerine, yeast, mild hops and malt. The finish is fruity with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Black & green can. A little apprehensive about this one considering the label. Smell is mild hops on top of foam. Eye is slight haze on pale with a pretty good foaming head. Taste is what else but big fat rubbery IPA mixed with pine tar and then ground up with green bitter grapefruit rinds. Bitter dregs, bitter dregs, bitter dregs, whew.

Can. Dark ruby red body with a beige head. Aroma and taste of toffee, orange zest and pine mostly but has notes of figs, raisins and cloves too. Dangerously easy to drink. Very nice.

Quel dommage que cette Evil Twin, IPA possédant de bonnes qualités et attrayante jusqu'à la seconde bouche s'écrase totalement sur le final, laissant un goût d'inachevé et surtout une frustration certaine. Mais jusqu'au final, c'est un beau récital qui nous est offert avec une amertume racée, bien dosée avec 45 d'IBU et bien accompagnée par une base maltée appréciable. L'alcool à 6,8 % est également consistant et permet de bien soutenir la structure jusqu'au final bien entendu. Les arômes sont également appréciables avec un résineux et un côté herbacé développés, du pamplemousse, de la pêche, de la mangue relevés par une pointe poivrée. La robe brun acajou est également très belle, limpide, parcourue par de très fines bulles et recouvert d'une mousse blanc cassé de 3 mm. On retrouve le cocktail décrit précédemment au nez sur un joli houblon. A la dégustation, on découvre une belle amertume, racée, mais sans être agressive. L'équilibre malt/houblon est bien pensé sur une belle harmonie. La présence en bouche est même très bonne en seconde bouche, alors que l’arrière-bouche, sur une amertume élancée, herbacée avec résineux et pamplemousse donne un beau contraste. Et alors que l'on attend un final brillant…plus rien. ! Frustrant.

Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized off-white head; aroma and taste of pine resins, marmalade, peach, biscuity and tropocal fruity notes; great IIPA

On tap at bier thirty pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet malts citrus pine hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts citrus pine heavy hit.
