Przyjemny zapach piernikowy. kolor czarny, ogólnie przyjemny smak nie kwaśne z nutami piernika, dosyć słodkie ale orzeźwiające i pijalne, aczkolwiek trochę za bardzo karmelowe. Duże nagazowanie.
