Pint enjoyed on draft at Cairn. A clean, dark copper appearance, thin foam head. Spices come out nicely on the aroma, but even more so in flavor. Some rich malt nose taking up the bulk. Easy drinking warmer. Pairs wonderfully with holiday dessert. Nicely done.

A nice, warming and flavorful introduction to winter with this brew. Dense brown, near black pour. Cola fizz, sticky lacing. Smooth whiskey notes, subtle apple, dark fruit. Very nice brew.

Draft pour to a tulip at Cairn. A bright orange with a glow. Thin oily head. Matching aroma and flavor here. Belgian yeast dominated, some bubblegum lingers, floral character, and an orange zest. A bit juicy too. A slight bite to this pale, but the remainder is a floral, orange peel finish that's more smooth. Something quite different than others from these guys. The orange fruit flavor seems to get stronger as this goes. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Cairn. Really thick, milky orange pour, thin, active fizz head. Missed this brew on the 11th, but glad its still here and I'm still able to support! Orange and peach fruit profile on the aroma and flavor. Though cream body. Really fruity and juicy hazy here. Dense peaches and cream finish. I feel like this beer is really close to being amazing. Still, really good.

Draft 11 oz pour at Cairn. Stoked they brought back the one I missed in the series. Clean and clear golden pour. Garden hops on the nose. Grassy first. A touch vegetal. Taste is bitter. Similar hop profile as the aroma, but a creamier body, and smoother than expected. The bitterness creeps up quick in the late palate. Always interesting to see these solo hop profiles. This one was just alright for me.

Draft pour to a tulip, enjoyed at Cairn. Barrel aged month here at the brewery. Nice whiskey notes to this, and a lot like the Golden Hour, it's all flavor, and no booziness. Smooth taste. Clean shiny golden color. Hints of floral underneath the whiskey flavors. A smooth saison. Really interesting aroma and flavor here. Unique. I enjoy this

Draft pour to a tulip, enjoyed during Cairn's Barrel Aged beer month. First of three. A nice, spicy saison with no shortage of barrel notes. Apple like cool whiskey throughout. A clean copper pour. All the whiskey flavor without being boozy in any way. Blends well with the spicey rye too. Interesting barrel aged brew here. Unique. Tasty.

Draft pour point, enjoyed at Cairn. Missed the release two days ago, but waiting to pair with Nacho Mamas today was well worth it. A copper amber pour, patchy fizz head. Really rich caramel malt taste up front with a subtle berry like fruitiness in the background. Smooth body. A sweet malt aroma. Moderate bitterness towards the end, and it lingers. Overall, smooth. Tasty. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint at Cairn. A golden amber pour with the slightest reddish tint to it. Interesting brew, and one that is clearly referencing something I know nothing about. Always on board with a blueberry beer. Almost. A solid imperial wheat here, as it's not too overpowering in the wheat or fruit department. It's pretty smooth all around. A bit of a blueberry oatmeal reminder late. Pretty tasty.

Draft pour pint at Cairn. A good sounding beer for sure, even though I've reached the stage with these guys where I just order anything that's new to the menu. When a brewery is .4 miles from your front door, I suppose you try all the new stuff. A slightly darker copper pour, clean and clear. Mild aroma, but has a distinct dark fruit note to it that I can't quite pinpoint. I know I know it. Flavor is cool and smooth. The spruce comes through really well here. Makes this really unique, and quite interested in more spruce beers to be honest. Dark fruit, side rich malt, pine and spruce. A really wonderful combination here. One of my favorite offerings from Cairn so far.
