16 oz can poured, picked up at the brewery. A darker, clean bronze pour. Juicy hops, subtle caramel malt nose. Bold malt first taste, a grassy hop, moderate bitter, lingering hop finish. A refreshing addition to this fun series. Smooth and refreshing IPA.

Draft pour pint at Cairn. A fun take on their porter, had to give it a try. Definitely not shorting any chocolate fudge here. Its sweet, and full of chocolate dessert. Cocoa brown pour, sticky off white foam head and lacing. Very sweet aroma. A bit intense with a sugary berry. Lots of rich candy raspberry and milk chocolate flavors throughout. Floral touch. Almost perfumey afterthought. A little odd, but with fun, interesting, unique qualities to it that I enjoy. So rich though that one pint of this is all I can really handle.

Draft 10 oz pour at Cairn, enjoyed on the patio where a nice, warming brew seems quite fitting. Dark copper brown pour with plenty of carb to fit the name. Sticky off white foam head. Lots of barrel presence here. Plentybof oak and whiskey notes that start and linger. Its a nice whiskey taste, so it doesn't bother me too much that it overpowers the grain at first. Some bready, bran like malts, a somewhat dry, boozy but smooth finish. A fun, unique brew from these guys. First barleywine brewed in Kenmore?

16 oz can poured, picked up at Caird during Cinco de Mayo. Last can of my haul right here, so I guess I better upload this now. It has become automatic for me to buy any beers that have peppers in them. Will just put that out there in case any brewery ever feels like brewing me a special beer. Soft cloudy golden pour, no head that lasts the first few fizzing moments. First sip, amd it seems the ratio here is about 98% mango, 2% habanero. I guess the average folks don't love the heat in their beer like I do. Some sips the habanero sneaks in there a little more. Its flavorful, and quite enjoyable. The mango and lager combo is exceptionally refreshing. Its borderline sweet, but the slight hint of pepper does a decent enough job at balancing it out. Overall just a fun beer for the fun holiday. Certainly would not mind if this beer ever makes a comeback.

16 oz can poured, picked up curbside at Cairn. Pours a shaded golden orange pour. Sweet grain aroma, oddly sweet. Flavor is rich grain as well, and it makes this really one sided for me. A touch dry, and white wine like late, if I'm trying to look for it. Dry. Lingering sweet grain finish. I couldn't really get into this one, bu.tllt a couple tweaks away I'm sure. Maybe the style isn't for me.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Cairn. Bummer that my super local is just curbside these days, but I'll take what I can get. Surprisingly dark pour, very shaded copper pour, almost brown. Thin, oily fizz head. I actually never expected to see this style from Cairn, but curiosity took over quickly. Very malty nose. Pure sweet malt, bran tones. Flavor has an odd malt sweetness, very little hop influence. Malt malt malt. Bready finish. Odd flavors throughout. This was a strange miss for my taste. I guess this was just nowhere near what I expected from it.

16 oz can poured, picked up curbside at Cairn, Kenmore. Dense coffee brown pour, thick appearance, thin tan foam head. Tons of sweet milk chocolate and a mild roast aroma. Sweet cream taste, more milk chocolate, more dessert than a coffee brew. Lots of the advertised Irish Cream. Really fun brew overall.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Cairn. Day three of picking up beers on my usual walk route. It's been forever since I had their first brown ale, so looking forward to trying this one. Dark copper brown appearance, thin fizz head. Aroma is som metallic and caramel tones. Flavor has slightly smokey malt up front. Smoked meat, bran and caramel malts. Lingering burnt toast malt finish. Has an interesting array of flavors going on, for sure. Less my style, but a fun beer overall.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Cairn. Curbside pickup on my usual walk route. Awesome! Gotta support Kenmore beer. Looking forward to enjoying this style from my local. Darkest brown pour before black. Tan foam head that fades. Really flavorful lager, full of rich caramel, soft but bold spice notes, bready malts. Medium body, almost creamy. Caramel malt nose. Tasty brew here.

Draft 10 oz pour at Cairn, Kenmore. Got the bottom of this keg, and it was absolutely glowing with strawberry aroma and flavor. Sweet strawberry finds a nice balance with the sour throughout. Rose appearance. Some wheat and fresh berries on the aroma. Light berliner, not necessarily within the style, but as a brew overall, but full of flavor. The nose on this sells it all the way for me. It's fantastic. Enjoyable flavored Berliner, and fun to try side by side with the base.
