Bottled. Amber colour with no head. Aroma is applejuice, some slight spicyness along with malts. Flavour is spiced and shows signs of alcohol. OK brew, but nothing really special. Low to non-existing carbonation.

Bottled 75 cl (BB 12/2008)
Golden color, no head. Apple cidery aroma with light spices. Sweetish pear cider -like flavors mixed with harsh maltyness. Actually not very beer -like, more like drinking bitterish cider. Very similar to ambree-version. Flat mouthfeel, no carbonation. Weird.

Bottled 0.75 ltr (BB 12/2008)
Dark clear amber color, pratically no head. Apple juice and light toffee in the nose. Harsh bitterish beer with salted flavors, apples, grapes and woody hops. Flat mouthfeel. Aftertaste is harsh, alcoholic and hoppy with toffeish notes. Weird but same time has some typical elements of biere de garde style. Not so enjoyable.

Bottled (BB 11/2008)
Hazy pale brown color, almost like in some sahtis, good white head, some lace. Banana, juniper and coriander in the nose. Good body, refreshing crisp mouthfeel. Nice way yeasty (although yeast gives some barnyard notes), banana-fruity, some lemon and coriander. Not so Belgian witbier-like, more like (as Seppo said) Belgian blonde or German hefeweizen with spices added. Nice summer drink with a good character.
