Bottle split at RBWG ’16 hotel lobby share, thanks to the giver, 01/02/16. Orange amber with a beige covering. Nose is toffee, spice, fruit cake, dates, raisins. Taste comprises figs, spice, toffee, fruit loaf, mellow whisky barrel, caramel, light oak. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid for style ... well balanced, good use of barrel, never too sweet and drinks below the stated ABV.

375ML C&C Bottle, a sort of dark orange. no head to speak of here. hazy. Smells great, peppery with clove, graham cracker and lemon. This is sweet, bitter orange peel, honey, more orange peel. it’s actually boozy? a little butter.

375 ml shared by T.J. Hazy golden color, not much head. Nose is citrus, yeast and weak barnyard. Fruity yeast, sourdough bread with a light spice in the finish. Light orange peel. Texture is dry with a medium body. Not complex but solid. Easy drinking enough.

Poured from bottle thanks jsquire hazy copper gold with a thin white head. Aromas of yeast floral notes mineral and spice. Taste is apricot lemon pepper floral notes and medium mouth feel.

Sample from bottle #507/637 during the "Local Love 01" tasting on 11/11/2016. The beer pours a hazy copper color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of oak, yeast and malt. Full-bodied with a medicinal fruit character and flavors of earthy yeast and grainy malt. The finish is fruity and oaky with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tangy dark malts, mellow earth and dark chocolate. Tangy dark fruits getting a little red wine fruity. Light semi dry finish. Mild spicy linger. Decent.

On draught at the tap room. The beer pours a dark brownish-amber color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of malt, tart fruit and caramel. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, funky fruit and yeast. The finish is sweet-tart malt and mildly sour red fruits. Pretty good overall.
