Optisch zeigt sich eine orangebetonte güldene Farbe mit mäßiger Trübung und deutlicher feiner Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone fällt leider rasch in sich zusammen. Die Duftaromen wirken ganz typisch, weich und hefebetont mit bananigen bis teigigen, aber auch leicht würzigen Noten. Der Antrunk kommt weichspritzig, wirkt frisch und angenehm süßlich-fruchtig mit leichtem Hefecharakter. Am Gaumen feinrezent, relativ einfach gehalten, aber durchaus angenehm mit seiner süßlich-fruchtigen und leicht würzigen Tonart, die jedoch nicht zu stark an Banane erinnert. Auch wenn dieses Bier rein aromatisch kein besonderes Highlight ist, schafft es doch ein ganz passables Mundgefühl und eine recht gute Süffigkeit. Im Nachtrunk wird die Sache ziemlich interessant, denn es kommt eine deutliche Note von Gewürznelke auf. Dieser trocken-herb-würzige Ton ist schon einzigartig, wirkt aber irgendwie nicht ganz passend.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of sweet apple, green apple. Taste is sweet, green apple, fruity, sugary, syrup, light tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet finish. OK
