Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, grass, grain. Cask at Zum Franziskaner. Clear dark golden with a creamy white head. Aroma and taste of bread, grain, malt and hints of fruit. The mouthfeel was on the soft side and the finish medium bitter.

Gravity pour at Akkurat. Clear golden with fine bubbles and creamy, white head. Fresh cut grass, some fruity hops, a bit of raw grains. Balanced and very easily drinkable. Elegant.

Bottle at home, from Biervana, Munich, 16th February 19. Pours a clean, light straw beer, nicely carbonated. Aroma is hay, straw, fresh and clean. Taste is straw, classic pils, bitter and dry, hay fresh grass, lovely and refreshing Pilsner

Optisch wunderbar, leicht trüb, stabiler Sahneschaum. In der Nase Banane, auch etwas Nelke. Im Trunk geht das dann eher in die Blumenrichtung, dann bitter. Nicht zu süß, bassd.
