Trumer Privatbrauerei owns 1 brewery:
Description
Former name until 2006: "Privatbrauerei Josef Sigl".

The Trumer private brewery, formerly the Josef Sigl private brewery, is located in Obertrum am See near Salzburg and was founded in 1601. In 2006 the name was changed to the current company name. The Trumer private brewery is an eighth generation family business. Beer has been brewed in Obertrum am See since 1601. The brewery has been owned by the Sigl family since 1775 and is currently managed by the eighth generation of Josef C. Sigl.

The brewery uses a tight and - probably - unique and (partly) certified brewing process with 100% natural hops, an open fermentation in open yeast vats and a process of slow brewing (they take the time to let the beer mature).

On tap. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A light pils malt nose. Smooth, malty, honey a clean easy flavor. Actually, this is very clean and refreshing what a lawnmower beer should be. On tap at Paddy’s a nice fake Irish restaurant/pub.

Trumer unfiltered Zwickel gravity cask at FWIBF. Hazy golden hue with a small but retentive white head. Aromas are of toasty and bready malt, lightly grassy, very clean yeast. Flavors are delicious and crisp, beautiful malt flavors, some grassy hop notes. Insanely refreshing and crisp. Great beer!

Pils nawet dobry. Tresciwy gozkawo wytrawny, o zlotym zabarwieniu i delikatnej pianie.

From a 330ml bottle on 2/9/2012. Pours an ultra clear light yellow with a small, bright white head. Has a light grassy, malty aroma. In the mouth, there is some bready malt, some slight citrus notes, and a medium, relatively dry, lingering bitterness. This is a serviceable pils, though not particularly exciting.
