(Keg at Il Birrificio, 20151019) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tangerine and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, unfermented malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A brew that feels mostly unfinished.

Tap@ Il Birrificio. Reddish amber, creamy white head. Biscuity, toffee nose, caramel. Flavor has caramel, wort, cereals, mild spicy notes. Smooth mouthfeel. Strawberry finish. Quite poor actually. Aroma was slightly better.

Tap@ Il Birrificio. Poured pitch black with a creamy light brown head. Roasted malty, coffee, salty licorice in aroma and flavor. Balanced, roasty creamy stout. Thin bodied. Well done.

Flavours were grass, sweetness, sourness. malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A collection of brewing mistakes and caramel malts.

Draught @ Brewpub. Pours dark yellowish orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of yeasty notes, fruits, citrus, pine and resin. Taste is smooth, slightly yeasty and stuffy with some fruits, citrus, hops, pine and grassy hops, hints of spices. Finish is hoppy, crisp and fruity with some yeastiness and hints of spices. Surprisingly good.

200ml draught at the Il Birrificio in Helsinki. Amber-reddish body, cloudy. Spotty lacing from a beige layer. Malt-fruity aromas, hints of coffee and orange. Red citrus taste joined by moments of coffee and brown malts. Yeasty fruitiness beneath. Medium bodied. Soft on the swallow. Pretty nice (28.09.2015).

200ml on tap at the brewpub. Crocheted lacing from a filmy layer. Cloudy golden body. Nose is herbal hoppy with hints of citrus. Blended taste profile of dried and fresh fruity hops. Subdued bittersweet ending. Fine drinkability and true to its name (Helsinki 28.09.2015).

200ml draught at the brewbar. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Cloudy golden body. Succulent aroma of orange and lemon, lightly spiced. Ripe citrus flavours joined by pine and a distant touch of candy sweetness, offset by yeasty fruitiness towards the ending. Medium bodied. A tasty and well made ipa (Helsinki 28.09.2015).
