Tap at brewpub. Red murky color, no head. Cranberries and vinegar in the nose. Light-bodied. Cranberry tartness, rasberry, vinegar, lingering tartness. Tart, berryish. Juicy. Somewhat "overglued" wilderness in this one.

Tap at Il Birrificio, Helsinki. Originally rated 20160410. Colour is slightly cloudy red with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, red berries, raspberries, lingonberries, some sweetness, lactose and some sourness. Berry flavours are clear but needs little bit of more sourness.

(Keg at Il Birrificio, 20160116) The beer poured brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized, dense, nearly whte and it lasted long. Aroma had malts, caramel and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, earth, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A decent brew lacking off-flavours.

Draught @ Il Birrificio Helsinki, Fredrikinkatu 22, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. [ As Il Birrificio Hesa ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, floral, a bit messy aroma IMO. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruit, yeast, fruit, phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150722]

(Keg at Il Birrificio, 20151019) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, creamy coffee and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, ash, sweetness, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A well done sweetish stout.
