Description
Founded in 2014 by Allan and Sarah. Scientists by training with a passion for beer. After working all over the world in science and brewing.
It was during this period that we began to think what the ethos would be of our ideal company. From that the Atom story began. Our ethos has not been just about making beer, our long-term goal is to create an educational environment to inspire students across all age groups and build a community.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 11th April 2026. Slightly hazy amber with shallow foam and full lacing. Rich nutty maltiness and citrus peel dominant throughout drinking experience. Just the hint of a savoury note. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Spotty beige head on an unclear golden coloured body.
Resin, pine & grapefruit aroma.
Medium bodied, sharp, dry & clean.
Grapefruit, resinous, dank & orange tastes with a malt backbone & bitter hopped finish.
Great version of a WCIPA.

Can ordered from Left Field Beer. Opaque dark brown. Thick fluffy foamy beige head. Aroma is boozy over tangy berries and underlying burnt caramel. Flavourwise it sour with a bitter edge over chewy malts and molasses. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big fruit Barley Wine.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Pretty thin palate for the style, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin dark malts, some cocoa bitterness, earthy coffee that is a little tangy and a little bitter. Touch of ripe fruits. Light crispy finish. On the right day and the right circumstances, I might like this more. In a cold wet February evening, it's a just forgettable.
